Greg Coles hangs out with Preston Sprinkle in his basement and they talk about faith, sexulaity, and what it was like to come out as gay. Greg gives some fantastic advice to Christian parents with gay kids and how to respond well when they come out. He also helps those who are wrestling with their sexuality to consider the right context, time, and person to come out to.

The religious conversation about LGBTQ issues often erupts into depersonalized debates about biblical passages or scientific studies. In Dear Church: I’m Gay, you’ll follow the journey of real people who have wrestled with their faith, sexuality or gender, and you’ll see that these issues aren’t just about issues. They’re about people. Real people. Beautiful people created in God’s image.

We believe the Bible calls us to honor God and generously love people. Holiness is the standard, and yet scripture tells us that "all fall short." We are all in need of forgiveness for both intentional and unintentional sins.
Jesus calls every one of us to repent (turn to God, surrender to His ways). Yet He never permits those who have been born again to weaponize their faith against other people. In Jesus' day, this was common. Many were propelled away from God due to condemnation from religious people. Jesus says He had to "leave the 99" to go get "the ones" who had been pushed away from God.
Sadly, mistreatment of people who need God's love happens today as well. To those who have been ostracized and condemned, Jesus has two messages. He invites us, "Come, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest for your soul." And He commands us, "Now, go and sin no more."
Jesus protects us from condemnation and mistreatment by religious people. And He calls us to surrender our whole heart, soul, strength and mind to the Lord.
Those of us who have received God's amazing grace ought to be the first to generously extend God's love to others. This invitation is available to every people group across our world - including LGBT+ family, relatives, friends, neighbors and coworkers.
Throughout scripture, position is what we believe and posture is how we treat others. Posture Shift Ministries, Inc. holds to a traditional biblical ethic regarding marriage and sexuality (position). With equal importance, we believe God calls us to offer His presence, love, care and protection to LGBT+ people (posture).
It's said throughout scripture countless times and in many different ways, and yet living out the gospel of Jesus Christ all comes down to faithfully honor God and generously love people.

Equipping Christian leaders, churches and organizations to engage questions about faith, sexuality & gender with theological faithfulness and courageous love.
The Center for Faith, Sexuality & Gender is a collaboration of Christian pastors, leaders and theologians who aspire to be the Church's most trusted source of theologically sound teaching and practical guidance on questions related to sexuality and gender.
We seek to address two primary needs in the church. One, to help leaders cultivate a more robust biblical ethic of marriage, sexuality and gender. Two, to help churches and organizations create a safe and compassionate environment for LGBT+ people, their families, and anyone wrestling with their sexuality or gender identity.
To meet these two needs, we seek to educate not only pastors and leaders, but to help these leaders educate the people they lead by providing small group material, educational videos, podcasts, blogs, youth curriculum, and other resources.

To support and encourage gay, lesbian, bisexual, and other same-sex attracted Christians—as well as those who love them—so that all in the Church might be empowered to live in gospel unity while observing the historic Christian doctrine of marriage and sexuality.
Revoice exists because we want to see gay/SSA people who adhere to historic, Christian teaching about marriage and sexuality experience peace and belonging in their local faith communities. We envision a unified, faithful, and peaceful Church where these individuals are able to grow in holiness and in their knowledge of the scriptures, knowing that they are of infinite worth and value to their Creator; where transparency about one’s orientation and ongoing experience creates enhanced possibilities for local churches to utilize and celebrate the unique opportunities that these individuals have to serve the Kingdom of God; and where these individuals are welcomed into the lives of spiritual families so that all can grow together in their knowledge of God and his Kingdom.
The process of becoming more like Jesus is central to the concept of discipleship and is therefore the fundamental journey of the Christian life.
All people are created in the image of God and therefore possess infinite dignity and worth.
God designed humanity to flourish in communities of spiritual family members who have become reconciled to their Father and to each other by the saving work of Jesus Christ.
Revoice was founded in 2018, when a group of Christians gathered to support and encourage each other in their faith. Most of them were gay/same-sex-attracted, and all of them believed that the Christian faith required them to live within the confines of a traditional sexual ethic. That first conference, and each of the events that have followed in subsequent years, was marked by joyful community, Spirit-filled worship, and challenging teaching.
Since that first year, Revoice has grown in more ways than one.

We help people, churches and society talk about faith and sexuality.
We want to see Christians living out their sexuality and identity in ways that enable all to flourish in Christ-like faithfulness.
We encourage Christians, equip churches, and engage the world with God’s plan for sexuality and identity.
We want to:
To achieve this we work in partnership with local churches and complement the work of organisations like True Freedom Trust who offer biblical support and encouragement to Christians who experience same-sex attraction.
For the public benefit, the advancement of the evangelical Christian religion and Christian principles of love, acceptance, compassion and understanding, in particular, but not exclusively by:
Living Out is committed to helping churches to support same-sex attracted Christians and to teach wisely and compassionately on sexuality. There are a number of things that we offer to churches:
The Church Audit is a tool designed to enable you to assess how biblically inclusive your church is and to make sure it is a community in which same-sex attracted and single Christians can thrive.
The Living Out course has been running for six years. It is a time of biblical and practical teaching on sexuality, designed to equip churches to better help those who experience same-sex attraction to stay faithful to biblical teaching on sexual ethics and flourish at the same time.
The course offers a positive biblical vision and practical steps forward as we seek to model both grace and truth in our Christ-like love for all those who experience same-sex attraction
